If You Are Already Using ThinkREG Event Registration:


Step 1. Add a question to the registration form asking if registrants want lead retrieval, and if so, for how many devices. (So if there are 3 people in a booth, they would probably want 3 licenses. This would also allow each scanner to track it's own leads.)

Step 2. Add a barcode to the badge. Adding this to an exising badge takes less than 5 minutes.

Step 3. If you offer this servies when registration goes live, there is no step 3. It's fully automated, and exhibitor instructions can be automatically added to the confirmation email. If you didn't offer this service to exhibitors from day 1, it takes less than 5 minutes to set up, and any exhibitor can easily add this via self edit.

 

If You Used Another Event Registration Tool:


Step 1. Export your data to ThinkREG. We can take a variety of formats, and we play well with others.

Step 2. Add a barode to your badges, in a format we can send you. Or, let ThinkREG handle your badge printing.

Step 3. Send an email out to your attendees notifying them that Lead Retrieval is available, and provide them with a link to ThinkREG, where they can add this to the record we have already imported.

A: We can recomend several, starting at $199. (We don't sell the devices, but you can pick them up at Best Buy, AT&T, Sprint, TMobile, Versizon, and others.) ExpoBadge also has devices available for rent.
